Francie is a 24-year hair industry veteran, salon owner, and natural connector. She opened Hello.Salon in the heart of Tulsa to create something more than just a beautiful space—it’s a culture-first salon rooted in authenticity, creativity, and sustainability. Clients feel genuinely cared for, stylists feel empowered, and the energy is as welcoming as it is inspiring.

With 9 years of ownership under her belt, she’s known for her eye for lived-in color, extensions, and effortless cuts—but even more for the way she connects with people. Her approach to leadership is rooted in honesty, humor, and heart. She’s big on culture, obsessed with growth, and believes that when your environment is right, everything else falls into place.

Still behind the chair part-time, Francie blends her love for leadership, mentorship, and motherhood—while making time for 5K training and nurturing her creative side through art, gardening and silversmithing. Whether she’s creating beauty in the salon or at her workbench, she’s always chasing growth and connection.
