special event POLICY

If you are a bride we require a trial appointment to be booked before wedding day. For all other special events we require a consultation, free of charge.

we require all appointments to pre-pay before day of event.

any cancellations made less than 48 hours before date of event will be charged full price for the services requested.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to perform all services requested. we will do our best to accommodate you but we will be respectful of appointment times for other clients as well. If services are not able to be performed due to client tardiness, client will still pay full price.
